選項 1：使用適用於 Windows Microsoft家用電腦的 SupportAssist 應用程式
SupportAssist for Home PCs 是預先安裝在 Windows 電腦上的 Dell 應用程式。它會部署更新和使用主動式解決方案等功能，協助識別並防止問題發生。當您開啟應用程式時，會顯示您的產品型號。

選項 5：使用 Dell 電腦的 BIOS 或 UEFI
BIOS 代表 基本輸入或輸出系統。BIOS 或 UEFI 韌體會在您開啟電腦後執行。它會檢查您的硬體是否正常運作，然後讓作業系統啟動。您可以存取 BIOS，以尋找有關 Dell 電腦及其硬體的基本硬體資訊，而不使用作業系統。
若要在系統 BIOS 或 UEFI 中找到您的產品型號。
從關閉電腦開始。
開啟電腦的電源。
在 Dell 標誌畫面中，輕觸 F2 鍵數次以存取 BIOS 或 UEFI。如果作業系統啟動，請將電腦重新開機，然後再試一次。
